Shipping

We ship to all U.S. and U.S. military addresses.  All product shipped via the post office, please provide an address that the post office delivers to.  Customers will be charged additional shipping charges for all orders returned due to providing an incorrect address. 

perthupholstery Co. is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen while in shipping via USPS or after delivery.  Any such issues need to be addressed by the customer by filling an insurance claim at the post office.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price (shipping charges are not refunded).  Product must meet following criteria for exchange (must be in brand new, re-sellable condition):

TAGS ATTACHED - UNWORN/UNWASHED - NO PET HAIR - NO MAKEUP/DEODORANT STAINS - NO PERFUME/CIGARETTE SMELL

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and will be charged additional shipping for exchanges to be sent out (except if the exchange is a result of our error on your order or a defective item).  Additional shipping charges are based on the weight of the item being exchanged for.
